Thanks to all the parents that came to our parent night! It was so great getting some insight from you and picking your brain’s regarding the study of ephemeral work with your children. They were so excited to see your block building provocations that you made for them! Some children built on to them and created new structures. Some got knocked down and friends used the photos we took the night before to help them build it back up.

Wednesday we added clay to the block area. The children kept it separate for the entire work time! On Friday we set up the clay and blocks together inviting them to combine the two. Children stacked it like blocks or made small things and used the block as a plate. Some used the block as a tool to hammer the clay.

Thursday was a lovely fall fest! Thanks all who enjoyed it with us!!

Have a great weekend!
