The Willow School admits students any time there is an opening in a classroom. However, the majority of students enter the school at the beginning of the school year in August of each year. All classes are currently full for the 2017-18 school year, but if a spot becomes available we will fill that spot from the wait list. If the wait list is exhausted and there is still a spot available we will advertise that availability through social media and local news sites. If you would like to place your family on the wait list you can find the 2018 – 2019 Waitlist Application below.
Enrollment for 2018-19 School Year
Enrollment for the 2018-19 school year will begin on January 29, 2018. We will contact families from the wait list to fill available spots in each classroom. If spots remain after exhausting the wait list, those spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
If you wish to apply for the 2018-19 school year, please fill out a Wait List Application and return it to the school with the $25 application fee. If you would like to visit the school for a tour, dates and times of tours can be found under the Tour tab.
The school’s calendar coincides with City Schools of Decatur. Students enrolling for the 2018-19 school year will start school in August 2018. The Willow School 2018-19 school calendar with exact start dates and school closing dates will be available by January 29, 2018.
Enrollment for the GA Lottery Pre-K Program
The Willow School offers a Georgia Lottery Pre-K Program that provides a school day pre-k program at no cost to families. Before and after school care is available at an additional charge. There is no wait list fee or registration fee for the pre-k program.
The pre-k class is currently fully enrolled for the 2017-18 school year. The school maintains a wait list for the class and will fill any spots that become available during the school year from that wait list.
If you are interested in enrolling in the pre-k class for the 2018-19 school year, please submit a wait list application no later than February 9, 2018. The drawing for available spots will be held on February 12, 2018 and families will be notified as soon as possible after the drawing of the results. If there are more applications than available spots we will build the wait list in order of the drawing.
