Exploring Leaves with our Favorite Tool, The Hole Puncher!

The class has been interested in collecting leaves. We have made tea with ginkgo leaves and now we have discovered we can us a hole puncher to make holes in them and string them together. Hole punchers are a great way to build those muscles needs as children develop their hand and fingers for writing and drawing. Also they work great in beautifying our classroom with strung up leaves. We have also been painting rocks and acorns to make are room beautiful too. Also, lots of building went on this week!
