It was a wonderful week filled with color and excitement! The children were engaged in their work as they dyed pieces of wood with natural dyes like turmeric and indigo. These wood pieces will be used to make a “masterpiece” parents will get to view and bid on at the Willow School Auction on March 5th. Tickets are available through Janine so look for the e-mail and get ready for a delightful night of art and magic…and good food and drinks!
White Boards put to excellent use! Effy was inspired to draw an intricate scene for an upcoming musical performance.
Max, Vincent, Asher, and Hazel were the main designers for a “Let it Go” backdrop and each friend had a unique drawing…”crystal snowflakes”, “windy mountain tops”, and a “giant castle in the ice” were all included.
The Three Billy Goats Gruff performance has been recorded and The Three Little Pig Puppet show will be available for your viewing pleasure. Also available at the auction are DVDs with plays, dance parties, musical performances, and a special choreographed piece with Ms. Tiffany as the teacher.

Thank you to our parent readers this week, Claudia’s mom, Emily and Slaone’s mom, Rachel. You are the BEST!
We are still looking for a brick delivery for Monday or Tuesday. If any brave parent could find us 40 or more red bricks for our Three Little Pig puppet show and deliver this heavy load to our classroom it would be much appreciated.
Teatime snacks are also needed each week as they go pretty fast. Gluten free crackers are the best selection for our class and please no nuts, coconut, or sesame. Thank you!
